Start at the beginning seems to be the best idea:

I was born in the year of the Tiger

 I've been an engineer, a musician, an artist, an artiste and a chef.

I like: music and art, and nice things, my garden, I love writing about anything and I write about as many different subjects as I can.

I really love cooking, in particular Indian and Asian food. I'm a bread nut and just love baking bread.

I also enjoy eating good food and playing my guitar not at the same time. I dislike the way chefs, cooks use silly French terms for things and refer to all cooking as cuisine, unless they are French of course.

 I hate; TV soaps, supermarkets, bad language, intolerance, forms that make me be British instead of English.

one of the best periods of my life was working in Russia on the river cruise ships. I wanted that to go on forever
